Generic vs. integrated model
In the generic model we will generate a hyperlink which will direct the client to the generic card layout. The same link or QR code can be used for all clients that can download the pass.

Generic model does not include integration with your customer management systems. It is quick and easy to deploy and requires no storing of customer data or information in the YOUR PASS servers.

Does not support a feed of third-party [Personal Data] data to YOUR PASS systems other than the content displayed on the digital card itself.

Card(s) content and experience is generic and limited to that of a customer base or product.

Cards would not contain and user specific Personal dData.

In the integrated model there is an individual hyperlink and QR code created for each client which allows them to download their own specific card.

What is YOUR PASS Platform?
YOUR PASS is a Software as a service (SaaS) company.

Platform for creating and managing digital passes in .pkpass file (official documentation) for mobile wallets (iOS – native wallet, on Android devices we are using our own application YourWallet).

Product of the YOUR PASS is a file (.pkpass) with unique ID which is stored in our infrastructure. If you know ID of the pass you are able to get it to your wallet using distribution URL link.
E.g. get.yourpass.eu/1111-1111-1111-2222-2222-3333-2222.

YOUR PASS provides REST API for customer integrations.
Console
YOUR PASS’s web application for creating and managing templates, cards and projects. It includes a built-in intuitive non-code Designer which enables you to create and modify the contents and look of the cards in Wallets of your customers using the Push function. The app is browser-based (Safari and Chrome browsers supported) and thus can be used anywhere and at any time, as long as you are connected to the Internet.
API
As part of the solution we will provide you with the possibility of connecting your in-house system, such as your CRM system, to the YOUR PASS platform via API, which will facilitate access to all functions of the YOUR PASS Platform and consequently, you can control it directly from the in-house system. The following document describes the usage of YOUR PASS REST API. You will find useful references and examples for all the available endpoints.
Preview page
Downloading of the pass is processed by a smart web page (except in case, that you are distributing directly the pkpass file) which recognises from which device the customer came from and according to this channel will adapt the page to desktop or mobile version (iOS / Android). Preview page is available in 10 languages.

Salesforce connector
The app has an easy to use mapping interface that is used to map pass templates to Salesforce platform. Then you just create simple process to create an event which maps the created mapping to record of the relevant object record and its related person account.

When the process is triggered, based on the context, it sends an email with link to download the pass to a smartphone or patch the existing pass directly in the mobile phone.
